Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Basically just getting started with the whole Couch Surfing. However, I've been to a few meetings and met some Couch Surfers separately. I live in a fairly small town in the center of the Netherlands, Amsterdam is easy to reach by public transport, a quiet location to relax while couch surfing.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have been to couch surfing meetings while in Cluj. While in Sweden, I've been couch surfing and it was a very positive experience. I'll definitely do it again.

Interests

I like to watch movies, TV series. Play the occasional game. I'm into gadgets. It's nice to hang out with people, drink something and share experiences. I like traveling and discovering the world.

In my spare time I sometimes work with a good friend of mine on our own little movie projects, mostly playing around with special effects.

Music, Movies, and Books

I enjoy movies by Kevin Smith, the original Star Wars trilogy, Southland Tales, Spaceballs, The Big Lebowski, Big Money Rustlas, Spun, Evil Dead... I could go on with those.

I'm not a reader so I don't have any books to mention. As for music, I like a lot of different music and can enjoy most types of music.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'd love to be able to pick up languages quick and hopefully some day I'll do better than just the two I know well. I could share my experiences and my knowledge of the field I work in (IT).
