A few weeks after handing in my master thesis in October, I started my 12+ months travelles through Asia. During this trip I have been so far to Nepal, India and Sri Lanka. Although my plans continually change, I am planning to go to the Maladives, Iran, Mongolia, Japan, Myanmar and back to India.

Just after crossing a artic pass of 5.400 meters high in Nepal, I heard my grade for my master thesis. I recently acquired a Master of Science in Business Administration and my thesis was about a non-hierarchical management system called Holacracy. Writing my thesis has learned me about how organisations can work effectively and efficiently together without the need of bosses and or managers.
