ABOUT ME

I'm a twenty-year-old student living in the Netherlands. I have lived in the Netherlands and Denmark. In the past, I travelled alot with my parents and little brother. Now that I'm a bit older I want to see some of this big magical world myself!

PHILOSOPHY

It's very easy to understand and forgive people's bad stuff when you know their deeper motivations. People are all motivated by the same things.
Also, don't take anything too serious.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have signed up for CouchSurfing because I'm travelling to Ireland with a friend. He has been active on Couchsurfing for quite a while, and I'm often around when he has a couchsurfer over. It's great way to meet new people and I'd like to try it for myself.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

As stated above: I haven't surfed or hosted myself but I wanna give it a shot.

Interests

Solitary walks through cities by night. Adventures with friends. Good food and drinks. Making a mess out of a kitchen and calling it cooking. Cultures other than my own. Having so much to say that I lose my train of thought. Music and its history. Philosophy. I'm a curious person and if you tell me about any of your interests I'll be listening.

I play the piano (classical), the guitar (mostly folk and blues) and some harmonica.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Seeing the Pyramids of Giza, visiting Palenque in Mexico and hiking in Yosemite Park.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you some basic guitar and piano so we can have a crazy jam session. Or learn you how to cook some old-fashioned Dutch meals like pannekoeken (flat pancakes) or stamppot (involves ruining tasty potatoes and vegetables by crushing them)
I´m eager to learn anything.
