About Me

Hello wonderful people!
I'm a positive person who loves to share a smile with the others. Friendly soul with a creative mind :D I like to explore new places, try new things, experience and create unforgettable moments which are simply the best with a company! I'm also sensitive to a beauty of this world, it has so much to offer. Whether it's watching people dance-can be so hypnotising! strolling down a charming alley, admiring nature or seeing an older couple holding hands. It all just puts a biiig smile on my face. This part of me, when it comes to relationships with people, makes me full of empathy, so whenever I can help I would happily do so :)

And when it comes to having fun I looove to dance!!! Generally I love people, if I get sad they make me happy and when I'm happy they make me even happier! Anyway, I always try to focus on the positive and believe that it helps in many areas of our lives. The Universe is on our side then and dreams just come true. I really appreciate what I have in live and all kindness I get from people.
We’re all different but at the end of the day we all want to be happy, so why not make even little acts of kindness every day to make them feel this way! I enjoy giving more than taking so their smile is also a gift for me.. and for you :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Great opportunity to meet people and see the world through their eyes. Share great times and stories.

Interests

I've been always willing to do more and try new things! Martial arts was my first love. Dancing ..mhmm what can I say, would life make any sense without it?! It just takes you to a different dimension, the whole world stops and it's just this moment that matters. Simply incredible! I dance kizomba, zouk, a little bit of bachata and salsa. It doesn't mean I'm great at them but shouldn't it be fun that matters the most?

I'm also interested in architecture, psychology, a mix of the two - psychology in architecture :) really enjoy drawing and painting, travelling of course, having long deep conversations and not so serious ones too - depending on the mood ;)

Another activity that i've introduced into my daily routine is meditation. So if you want to have a chat around that topic I'll be more than happy to share or exchange our experiences!

Music, Movies, and Books

"The Intouchables" and "Captain Fantastic". I enjoy watching movies that are like puzzles, tangled up and you have to do some thinking to figure them out, such as "Oldboy" or "The Machinist".
Music - it really depends on the mood, I cathegorise it as music to relax, like indie rock or soul; to listen or to dance. Some examples: Jessy Ware, Sarah De Warren, Zaho, Cinematic Orchestra, Erykah Badu, Lykke Li.
I enjoy reading documentary books or related to a field of psychology.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I took a part in ‘The World’s Biggest Eye Contact Experiment’, which was something absolutely magical! We shared a minute of an eye contact with a stranger. In my case it was more like 4-5 minutes, as once I’ve started I couldn’t get enough of it! :D When you open up, the others do the same, so I ended up looking into somebody’s heart and soul through their eyes. You start to feel what they feel, happiness or sorrow, you want to cry and laugh with them. It’s amazing that you achieve a real connection which we’re losing in our times. I miss it and believe, deep in our hearts, we all do. This experiment filled me with an overwhelming joy and peace. After those few minutes only I was able to say more about the values of those strangers than about some people I know for months or years. In the end they didn’t feel like strangers any more but like people I’ve known for a long time.

These were 2 incredible hours I’ll never forget! Despite the cold and shaking legs we didn’t want to stop! :D

If you have a chance to do it, go for it! There is no better way to feel the power behind it than by trying out yourself!
It’s a worldwide event so there should be one near you too! :)
