My roommate (Julie, 23 y.o) and I (Basile, 27 y.o) can accommodate people from time to time, we are pretty busy during the week with our office job/internship but pretty available on the week-ends.

we can't teach anything but are capable of learning. We can probably teach french poorly.

100% pure mattress feat. relatively clean sheets. No blinds on Julie's window but being able to sleep late is guaranteed in my room.
