兴趣

Music, in general but with a weak-spot for alternative rock... But I have a great love for all types of music! I also love live music, festivals and concerts! Movies, as my favorite directors: Quentin Tarantino, Stanly Kubrick and francis ford coppola. But also smaller and more unknown work. Literature, there are too many to name. Travelling, although in my young life I don't have that much experience. Sports, especially running and cycling.Chiro, a belgian youth movement. Different cultures.

17 years I've lived in Belgium, where I everyday was confrontated with the same culture and values (without knowing it). This is for everybody the same: your education depends a big part from the culture you know and the values you learn from parents, teachers,... But last year I went on exchange to Brazil where I was dropped in a whole new culture with different people, food, values and much more. This was a big shock and I started to see that my philosophy is based on the thing I've learned in Belgium. In that year I learned so much and started to see the value of intercultural learning. Meeting different culture makes you a much more open person and you learn a lot! (2011)
