About Me

Hello! I am an open-minded and easy-going guy, I like traveling, meeting new people. going out, and breathing fresh air!

I got back to France and Lyon in September 2018, I didn't update the following text yet, but it's on process ;)

I am also a Physics student, finishing my degrees... Actually, I just succeeded in teaching examination, and before getting my first position in France, I'm working in Japan as a research assistant, on ultracold atoms... (That's a crazy topic! Haha)

Some of my passions:
- When I was in France, I worked with children and teenagers every time I was able to, to organize summer and winter camps, most of the time abroad (Belgium, Spain, Italy, Portugal, Greece). I especially like passing my knowledge about traveling, enjoying, socializing, dreaming... And honestly, those kids are always super dynamic and ready to do crazy things, I feel good among them!
- And I also love sport, everywhere I go, I try to hike and/or bike as much as I can. It's for me a way to immerse myself in the place I want to explore. Besides, I've been playing soccer for more than 10 years, and I keep doing it with my local team in Okazaki.

During my days off and holiday, I travel around Japan, to meet people from all over the world, to discover new countries and landscapes. I like to discuss about our experiences, education, philosophy, social relations and even politics sometimes...

One of the best thing for me in travel is going to walk or hike somewhere to discover a hidden wonderful landscape, and start deep conversations in this secret place. I'm not into seeing only the most popular places, but also the local ones. And from my experience, the conversations are always deeper with locals and travelers!

I like traveling alone, and meeting people on the road, in a bar... I enjoy a lot everything done "by chance", I am then really flexible!

I have been living in Okazaki, Japan from October 2017.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I discovered it with a friend, we were on holiday in Granada, and we had a wonderful time. It was definitely one of the most rewarding experience in terms of traveling!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Working in a lab in the USA and going to swim after every workday in a beautiful and refreshing waterfall.

Fishing on an iced lake (Akanko), and eating the tempura made out of my fishes!

Make smiling a group of 30 teenagers.

Teach, Learn, Share

French cuisine!

Physics is playing everywhere around us, so let's just look around, and observe ;)

As I worked a lot in entertainment with teenagers, I know many funny games and (French) songs.
