HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We just moved back to Washington state after 10 years in Louisiana. We have hosted quite an array of people over the years and now are looking to surf ourselves while traveling or meet up with others in our area!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My first couch surfing experience was hosting a wonderful guy named Pedro. A friend and I met Pedro at a restaurant/bar for a few drinks and some food with several other couch surfers from the local area. We had such a great time that we scheduled a bonfire at my house for the following evening where I met other new couch surfers. Since that time, Pedro has come back to stay and visit a second time! I have also gotten to know several unique couch surfing friends from the area and love running into them around town!

We love the great outdoors, card and board games, cooking, entertaining, swimming, bicycling, snow skiing, hiking, sailing, reading, music, cooking and meeting and interacting with people.

We love to listen to Phish, Led Zeppelin, the Beatles, Damien Rice and Pink Floyd to name a few. We also love watching movies and reading books as well. Favorites would be: Life of Pi, Shawshank Redemption, Usual Suspects, Nate and Hayes.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Back in Washington, one of our favorite adventures is snowshoeing up Mt. Rainier and digging a snow cave in which to sleep. It is a lot of hard work but it is such a rewarding and enjoyable experience.

We try to eat as healthily as possible and enjoy cooking and sharing new recipes, ideas etc. We like to cook and share meals with others. I love to learn about the passions and motivations of others.
