I am an easygoing and adventurous person. I call beautiful Vancouver British Columbia my home and love to showcase my city! Vancouver is beautiful and I continue to love exploring it and showing it to friends. I never get sick of it!

I am addicted to travelling. Experiencing what the globe has to offer is just too tempting. The travellers I have met along my journeys are some of the most interesting people and continue to be great friends.

I was drawn to couchsurfing when it first started. I loved the idea of people coming together to create a community of global travellers. Being a host I have met some wonderful people and had some amazing experiences. I am proud of my culture and city and I love the idea of sharing it with others. I am also grateful when I get to share in the cultures, ideas and adventures of others.

Travelling: I probably wouldn't be on here if I didn't have a love of travel. Getting to explore new cultures, see beautiful corners of this globe, and share experiences and adventures with new friends is what I live for.

Photography: Often you will see me with my camera. Whether I'm capturing the landscape while exploring the outdoors or taking photos of friends, it's a true passion.

Outdoor Adventures: Hiking, fishing, camping, snowboarding, ... anything really.

Music: I like all kinds but I have a soft spot for Blues, Jazz and Rock. I have also travelled quite extensively for music festivals and concerts.

Film: what can I say, I'm a film nerd. If you want to, we could have hours of conversation on the subject.

Jumping out of a plane; one of the most thrilling experiences of my life.

Snowboarding down a glacier in the middle of summer. A blazing hot sun overhead and a cold, white terrain below.

Climbing a mountain in the arctic circle during a snowstorm... Completely exhausting but unforgettable.
