I like old-timey things: horse-drawn carriages, fiddle music, beards. Butter. Wool.

I am passionate about sustainable agriculture, good food, traditional and neo-traditional music of all stripes. I also enjoy dancing: Contra, square, waltz, schottische, hambo, clogging, tap, cajun, zydeco, swing, blues, two-step, one-step and probably anything else that I haven't tried yet.

Doing my best to make the world a better place, in ways large and small. And also enjoying all the things that make it worth fighting for.

In a pinch, I can call a square dance.
