Roving global health data guy. Traveling around, working with data, and trying to do something good. I used to blog fairly often here: http://www.bdkeller.com
Have lived in Arkansas; Washington, DC; Baltimore, MD; Princeton, NJ; New York City; Addis Ababa, Ethiopia; and now (since February 2014) Dar es Salaam, Tanzania and (as of Nov 2017) Nairobi Kenya.
Traveled to 50+ countries so far, with longer stints in Italy, Greece, Guatemala, Ghana, and Ethiopia, and worked recently in Nigeria, Zambia, Lesotho, Kenya, Uganda, and Tanzania. Blogger, guitarist, and high power rocketry enthusiast.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I met, stayed with, and traveled with some great folks in Guatemala in summer 2010. Hung out with a bunch of CS folks in Addis Ababa (and hosted a few too) from June 2012-Jan 2013, and have used it occasionally for social meet-ups. Lately my work has required so much travel that I haven't been able to reliably host, but I'd like to again in the future!

Gone on safari in Zambia, explored rock-hewn churches in Ethiopia, played music with strangers everywhere. Explored the US by road trip, traveled overland from Portugal to Moscow.
