ABOUT ME

Brandon (38) and I (33) met while we were working at Walt Disney World in 2006. We've lived in Dubai, New Jersey, Florida, and currently in Seattle, Washington. We've traveled extensively between school breaks (Elizabeth is an elementary teacher) and in September 2011 we are taking a career break to travel to Europe, Asia, and Australia. We enjoy doing things outdoors such as hiking, sailing, and photography. Elizabeth grew up in Florida and Brandon grew up in Kansas and Colorado. We love the beauty and way of life in the Pacific NW.

Elizabeth is a 2nd grade teacher. Brandon has a lot of work experience in theme park operations (Walt Disney World, Six Flags).

We are non smokers, very clean and organized. We will respect your house rules. We are usually asleep by midnight and and up before 9am.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

We've only crashed on our close friends' couches so far. We've had wonderful experiences with friends. We love it when they treat us like part of the family-sharing their culture, food, stories, and friendship.

兴趣

We are interested in travel. We would love to hear about your travel stories and experiences. We are FOODIES, we enjoy eating delicious, special, and new foods. We love to cook and appreciate when those cook for us (we'll do the dishes). Elizabeth enjoys working in the garden and is always interested in learning about what grows where you live. Sharing recipes and learning about new ingredients is interesting. We love languages-Elizabeth has studied Russian and Spanish and Brandon is studying Japanese. We love Japanese culture.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

We've cruised on the Disney Cruise Line 10 times (and one non-Disney cruise to Alaska). Our fondest cruise was leaving Dover, England on a 12 night Baltic Cruise in June 2010. Elizabeth particularly enjoyed visiting Russia. We took a delicious 2 day Thai cooking class in Chang Mi. We've been to all the Disney theme parks on Earth:)
