my current mission is to see how far around this massive island i can get!

ABOUT ME

im a 24 year chef and bass player. music and food are the two big passions in my life. ive played in a few bands back in the UK but most of my time is taken up in the kitchen! ive traveled parts of Europe (nowhere near as much as i would have liked to) and i very much look forward to seeing more in the future. Australia was a great place for me to start as i have a few friends scattered around the country from my time in London and well its the furthest place away from home! why not start there and work your way back?

PHILOSOPHY

i believe life is about good value, i always feel like looking forward is the best policy, there have been times that dwelling on the past only holds you back, even stops you all together. i live my life for the new experience, i love meeting new people, just one meeting usually turns into a fun filled experience or a life long friendship...correct me if im wrong but this is a B.E.A.UTIFUL thing!

music and food (is my life) but i do enjoy bike riding, good artwork, photography, exploring/discovering, a good beer with friends (old and new) good discussions, i adore listening to people talk about their passions and goals in life, i feed off their energy and only encourage them as i reap the same benefits when people listen to me ramble on!

Una cosa incredibile che ho fatto

it varies from mountain climbing through the great dividing range, the views were incredible. diving on the reef, whale watching..it only gets better!

im a passionate chef, people usually have a list of questions to fire at me and if your a foodie like me, im more than happy to answer, but the best thing about my trade is that you learn new things every day...so im all ears!
im a big listener, ill absorb as much as i can from a person if i believe in them and i guarantee you you'll have a friend for life
