I grew up in Germany and came to France for my PhD studies. Now I am living in the Grenoble area for more than 20 years ! I am currently living in a small two room apartment next to the train station "Grenoble-Universités-Gare". From here, you can reach the city center in 25 minutes by tram or Grenoble station in 10 min by train. I can host you on a comfortable sofa in my living room (not a separate room). My personal interests are music (all kinds, jazz, classical music), dance (I started learning argentinian tango, blues, but also contemporary dance), reading (I have a lot of books in German and French). The mountains are near by, but you would need a car or some car sharing to go there.

I like to meet people of different age, nationality, cultural background. Exchanging ideas. I also always very much liked travelling (mainly Europe but also Iran and Colombia).
