We met a few months ago while working as camp counselors in Northern Wisconsin and we're now traveling together in the states hoping to experience the mountains, deserts and canyons of the Southwest!
We are both in our early twenties, on our gap year.
Ilan is a student from Providence, Rhode Island, majoring in Environmental Engineering and I'm on my gap year between the mandatory army service in Israel and starting university.

We both haven't used couchsurfing before but met so many amazing, friendly and generous people around the world and really enthusiastic about meeting new friends around the world and getting to know different cultures.
