I prefer slow travel by public transport, on foot, or hitchhiking and I enjoy sleeping in tents or hostels more than in fancy hotels.
I love meeting new people and meeting friends, deep conversations, spontaneous encounters, nature, and living simply.
I’m not afraid to travel the world, but I am afraid of a “standard” life that’s why I’m choosing a different path.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I travel not just to see places, but to meet people and make friend and to have great stories. Couchsurfing gives me the chance to experience local culture up close and to travel in a more human, connected way than traditional accommodation allows.
I love the idea that hospitality doesn’t have to involve money, but can be built on kindness, curiosity, and trust.
