I grew up in the woods of Vermont which greatly influenced my love of the great outdoors. I am currently working on exploring the more wild areas of North America while I finish school and transition into my career, but I also have plans to get abroad in the approaching years. Rural areas hold a special place in my heart, but I still love exploring cities, especially those with unique architecture and deep historical roots. I have many interests and hobbies that I dabble in, and currently I am exploring the world of film photography with my dad's Canon AE-1 Program camera from the '80s. Most of my pictures are of my dogs; they strike very dramatic poses. Some of my favorite travel moments include hiking next to cows in the Austrian alps, soaking in natural hot springs in the Sawtooth mountains of Idaho, and running my first marathon during pre Mardis Gras festivities in New Orleans.

I'm currently reading The Monkey Wrench Gang by Edward Abbey and loving the environmentalist anarchy of it all. Harry Potter was a staple of my childhood, and the movie I could watch over and over again and never tire of is The Princess Bride.
