I'm Becca! I like bright colors, tattoos, piercings, and molecular biology. Science is my favorite game. I like to smoke cheap cigarettes and think deep thoughts, and sometimes have meaningful conversations with excellent people.

I'm a total science dork; I can talk for hours about anything related to genetics, neuroscience or marine biology (to list a very few topics). I'm really into coffee and wine, and I love to drink either while pretending to be classy. Poetry and music are my passion, they excite and enthrall me. I like to pretend I'm a punk rocker so I have too many piercings and dye my hair crazy colors. But really, I'm just a quiet scientist.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I'm not a big movie person.

Books: I love good high-fantasy - I'm very invested in game of thrones right now, but have also loved Phillip Pullman and TH White. I adore Kurt Vonnegut and wish I could think like he writes.

Music: I like pretty much everything, my favorite genres are folk rock, indie rock, electronica, classical, and industrial. Some favorite bands include: the Decemberists, Iron & Wine, Mumford & Sons, Nero, Neon Trees, Nine Inch Nails, LCD Soundsystem, Phoenix, Bon Iver, The Shins, and The xx.
