ABOUT ME

Andy and I met and married this year of 2011. We are both from the East coast, but live in Santa Barbara where we both work at an Independent High School and I am coaching soccer part-time. We have similar interests in the activities we like to do and the passions we try to live out. We love youth and developing leadership, and a desire to grow and learn through education, outdoors, sports, and mentorship. We love being outside climbing, biking, hiking, surfing, or ski/snow boarding. We love playing sports, reading, listening to live music, and eating good food. Our family and friends are very important to us, as well as building new relationships. We believe we were created to share life with others. We like not knowing exactly what the future holds, and get excited about it.... but hope to live today like it's our last!

PHILOSOPHY

I believe you have the choice to be who you want to be each and every day and moment. I don't think anyone or anything has control over that unless you let it. My hope is that we choose to be people that make a difference, and choose the possibility of complete joy, peace, and love. It's not easy to do and I believe it takes getting over ourselves and that life has anything to do with us. It takes accountability of others to support you and each other in this action. I also believe God created life and the way we should live it....so I also think there is a lot that I don't know:)

Becca- kayaked to an island. climbed a mountain on the island, canoed on a lake on that mountain to another little island on that lake. I was in Jurassic Park I sware:)

Also, meeting my husband was a miracle and each day I consider it a miracle that we have each other.
