Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i have only recently learned about this couchsurfing project, but i have unwittingly participated in couchsurfing activities as a host on several occasions. while working on my undergraduate degree, i frequently took in Appalachian Trail hikers (we lived within miles of the trail and often hikers would come in to town for supplies and whatnot). anyway, we lived in a pink house and became known along the trail as the angels in the pink house. i guess word spread that we would give people a couch and shower etc. because before too long we had people just showing up at our doorstep. i met some incredible people and am now excited to meet more as i continue to host and as i couch surf myself.

Interests

i love love love love love laughing and happy people. i am always up for camping and/or hiking and you might even see me hugging, if not climbing, a tree. i heart soccer and most individuals i meet. i enjoy golden oreos and large dogs. i am interested in holistic health and men. i am also interested in hot chocolates with various creamers and have an odd fascination with the Ferris Wheel.
