Well, for starters my name is Becky. Currently I am living in Gainesville, Fl, although I am working on making my way out of this flat state and into the mountains. I consider myself to be a mature and responsible person who never quite lost their childish sense of humor (my jokes have been classified as either on the third-grade or dad level). I believe that laughter is the way to a long life so I'm a big supporter of the fine-art of shenaniganing...it's a word. I spent my summers growing up in the mountains of NC and I make it priority to pilgrimage up there at least once a year to hike and camp. Goats are my spirit animal, forever and always. I just graduated college so I'm looking to start my next adventure.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to meet new people, especially when travelling. What better way to get to know the place you are visiting than by getting to know the people? I hope to host one day but I'm currently in the process of moving so I don't have any space for company right now.

Interests

Reading...give me all the classics and Russians, please. I play guitar and have a ukulele that I goof around with sometimes. I love history so you'll definitely hear me rant about some historical figure or another at some point. All things outdoors are amazing. I love to cook and bake, never make the same things twice is my kitchen-philosophy.
Coffee is an interest, right?
