I'm a free-spirited, yoga-loving, nature-appreciating vegan from outback Australia. I've spent the last five years living and working in South East Asia championing human rights for those that can't. I read, write, and travel as much as possible.

It's about the people! Everywhere I've travelled my memories are dominated by the people I met, not the buildings, not the food, not the scenery (well sometimes the scenery), but the people. I want a day-to-day life experience of each place I visit, I want to see what it feels like to live there, to get a local perspective and to have conversations and interactions that wouldn't happen inside a hotel room.

Yoga, yoga, yoga. I've studied for around 15 years now and plan to continue all of my days. I'm a vegan - not the pushy, judgemental kind (I still cook my fiancé a steak from time to time), just one who has decided that it's what is best and most honest for me. Put an open sky above my head and grass under my feet and I'm happy; nature is my hobby. Hiking, camping, skiing, sitting. I also love getting lost in new cities.
