ABOUT ME

I am adventrous, enthusiastic, curious and love to travel and experience new things. I feel like there isn't a single place I wouldn't enjoy visiting and I'm always planning my next adventure. I really enjoy meeting new people and really getting to know them and their way of viewing the world.

For me it's all about having a good time and laughing whenever there's something to laugh about (which is most of the time).

I grew up in Canada but now live in Denmark. I'm super laid back and am not big on planning. It seems to bring the best experiences in the end!

I am currently traveling around the world with my partner, Anton, for one to two years (we'll see how long the money lasts). We started in South America, which was awesome and are heading to Asia in a months time. The idea is to find a volunteer job in each country and stay there, learning about the country and culture through our job rather than traveling around and being tourists. So far it's been amazing!

I've mostly tried to surf, but just got a big sofa so am ready to start hosting as well :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I couchsurfed through Europe on an two Interrail trips, in New York and in South Africa! It's a great way to see some locals areas and hang out with cool people.
I also used the couchsurfing groups a lot in cities in China where I didn't know anybody. You gotta love it!

The last couple of years have been pretty much non-stop amazing but learning to rock climb in China, getting absolutely covered in paint at the holi festival in India, skydiving in Hawaii, hiking to a waterfall in the middle of nowhere in Zambia to then be just awestruck by the view are things that I will always remember!
