Sobre mí

I'm spontaneous, humorous, curious and open minded. That's all you get for now. Nobody likes spoilers. :P

Por qué estoy en Couchsurfing

Although I haven't been around much yet, I really like and prefer the 'backstage' kind of experience you have with couchsurfing. In my mind traveling is strongly connected with getting to know people. That's why—especially whenever I'm up and away on my own—I'm heading for a couch rather than a room in a hostel. :)

Intereses

I'm totally into movies. When it comes to music there is a lot I like to listen to. However I often have a hard time remembering every track title and/or musician. I'm a lazy listener consuming music like water. Shame on me. Besides that I love watching movies and I also enjoy paintings. No joke. There's a museum aroung? Let's go—oh, look! There is cinema! Basically I like every kind of art (movies in particular). :D

Algo increíble que he hecho

I once worked in Granada for two months in an advertisement agency which was a great experience I never want to miss. Also the spanish crash course in Sevilla was awesome. Both are beautiful cities!

Another experience of mine was quite hilarious—it was on a trip to London with my brother. We were backpacking and couchsurfing there for a couple of days which had been a spontaneous idea. The other day we've seen a stage play written by and starring Zach Braff and right after the show we headed to this little but fastly growing crowd of mainly young women outside the theatre. Obviously they were waiting for Zach to come out. Now I cannot even describe how much we both are NOT into fan-things including getting stuff signed or even screaming in awe. But that was one of those now or never chances and so we decided cross the road and wait for him on the other side in save distance.
As he finally appeared my brother and I tried hard to gently push our way through these enthusiasticly breathing bunch of people all the way upfront. Successfully arriving right next to Zach we asked him for a picture and he didn't hesistate. He grabbed our little cam right away, turned aroung and expertly aimed the lens at us three. Unfortunately we forgot about one little thing. With the flash light turned on the cam took rediculously darker pictures than with the flash light turned off. That's why we had it turned off since the very first day we arrived. So what happened was that two visibly uncomfortable guys next to Zach and dozens of freaked out girls were standing there for a rather long moment waiting for this flash light to appear. I even believe the screaming had stopped and it was almost quiet. Of course the flash light did not fire and eventually that reminded of us the flash light being turned off which we then—waaay to late—said to Zach who immediately put the cam down and either must have thought we did this on purpose or we are just plain stupid. Oh boy, the awkwardness was too damn high ... BUT OH MY GOSH I GOT A PHOTO WITH ZACHARAY, AAHHH! You read that in high pitch, didn't you?

Enseña, aprende, comparte

I like exchanging point of views. Politics, arts, economy, religion, you name it. I'm not good at cooking but I love to celebrate that. We can head for the city and show the other one around. How about a day trip somewhere else? I'd love to do so many things.

As I'm creating websites and web applications for a long time now there is plenty of knowledge I have to offer. If that's something for you, hahah.

Teaching each other bits of our language is always a great idea! I'd love to improve my spanish.

I believe time is the most valuable thing to share and I'm pretty confident we'll have a great time sharing. :)
