ABOUT ME

I love running, belly and salsa dancing, singing my own words (incorrectly) to songs, practical jokes, photography, basketball and football (both American and European, though I'm just starting to learn about soccer). I'm currently a Peace Corps Volunteer in Ukraine working in community development. Discos and coffeehouses are great places to people watch and indulge in delightful conversations with perfect strangers. I never travel without red lipstick and toilet paper. What started as a minor obsession with Russian and Eastern European culture led to me living overseas and loving every moment of it.

PHILOSOPHY

Travel for fun, business or pleasure... no matter the reason, just travel. You never know who you'll meet!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I haven't had any yet, but I'm looking forward to my first trip using CouchSurfing in Israel, Turkey and Denmark in May and June of 2010!!
