ABOUT ME

i prefer my feet bare, feeling the earth underneath them. i learn from experience, so i try to do just that, experience all that i can. exploring is my pastime.

i'm an optimistic realist. i believe we must change the way we live our lives in order to continue to inhabit this planet. it is my goal to learn how we can live better here. by understanding how we can heal ourselves as human individuals and human communities we can value our lives and all life enough to make our existence more sustainable for the planet. so, i am on my own healing journey i'm learning and changing and expanding awareness around every corner.
