ABOUT ME

Hey, my name is Lena, I'm 24 years old. I travelled trough Canada and the States 4 and 2 years ago and had the best time of my life!!! I've got a working holiday visa for Canada and had some jobs in different parts of Canada which made it possible for me to see the most beautiful and incredible places!!! Now I'm studying English and Geography.. hopefully to become a teacher some day. For this reason I'm currently here in Milwaukee for my student teaching semester. :)Kim (another student teacher from Germany) and I want to travel and see most of the parts we havent been to yet while we're here :)

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've couchsurfed twice with my friend in Victoria, Vancouver Island and again in Calgary, Canada. It's one of the most incredible experiences if you meet people who have trust in you and share their lives with you. I'm looking forward to keep meeting those amazing people around the world! Also there is the low budget reason obviously ;)

Interests

I have lots of different interest but I'm looking for my real passions on my travels.. One of them is definitely hiking and exploring our incredible nature! I also enjoy cooking with friends and I would never say no to a good party :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I spent a few days hiking at the Glacier national park in Montana/Idaho and that was the most incredible experience so far during my travels in the States! Beautiful bluegreenish lakes in the middle of the Glaciers and walking through a winterwonderland in July is definitely worth the effort!
