Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I've done some couchsurfing-esque activities with warmShowers, which is just for bike touring, and met some really cool folks, and figured its time to branch out and stay with folks even when I'm not cruising around on the bike. One of my roomies also hosts a lot of people, and its always been great having folks around so I figured I oughta contribute too.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music: Punch Brothers are the current jam for sure. Other than that, lots of bluegrass, some folk, some hip hop, some indie.

Movies/Shows: Big Forrest Gump fan, and also pretty into Love Actually, at least around Christmas. Really liked Master of None's yuppie satire and Breaking Bad too.

Books: I dug Zen and the Art of Motorcycle Maintenance's down-to-earth explanations of philosophy, trying to figure out what Murakami's all about.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Spent a couple months riding my bike around Utah, Colorado, Wyoming, Montana, BC and Alberta. I'd love to talk to you about it!
