Hello! I'm a recent college graduate, and I love to travel. I currently live in Kansas City, MO. I work as a paraprofessional with special needs students at an elementary school and am making plans to go to grad school for vocal music education to become a music teacher and choir director. I love to read, play sports, adventure, sing, play guitar and piano, and spend time with friends.

I'm on Couchsurfing to find nice, affordable housing for when I am traveling through cities! I look forward to meeting many new people as I get out on my own and provide couches for other surfers to crash on.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like many different genres of music. I listen to classical and rock music the most, and I am also a frequent listener of NPR. I don't watch many movies, but I always enjoy them when I do. Some of my favorite books are Lord of the Rings, 1984, The Perks of Being a Wallflower, The Name of the Wind, and The Power of Habit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I travelled to Hungary, Austria, and Germany with my college choir and we sang concerts in some of the most beautiful cathedrals in the world. My favorite experience from this was singing Mozart's "Requiem" with hundreds of other singers from across the world in Budapest's beautiful Béla Bártok Palace for the Arts.
