Overview
About Me
I am a musician, philosopher, and lifestylist. My music career takes me on the road quite a bit, thus my interest in Couchsurfing.
I was born in New Orleans, where I lived until I turned 5. Then my parents and I moved to rural Wisconsin about a half-hour from of Wisconsin Dells. I attended kindergarten through 12th grade there, then moved to Milwaukee, where I began my professional career as a musician. At age 22, I moved to Fort Lauderdale, Florida, where I lived until age 25, at which time I moved back to Milwaukee. At age 27, I moved to the countryside near Westfield, Wisconsin, where I resided for the next 4 1/2 years. It was during this time that my first child was born, I released my first two solo albums, and played on my first tour. The band I played for was the famous Monstrosity, one of the biggest death metal bands in the world. We drove around in an airport shuttle bus, converted into a miniature tour bus. We even had two roadies.
At age 31, my family and I moved back to the Dells area that I'd spent most of my childhood in. 4 1/2 years later, I'm still here and loving it. During this time my second child was born, I got married and divorced, and I have toured the United States or a portion thereof as a one-man show seven times, between full tours and mini-tours combined. I have also released my third and fourth solo cds.
