Hey! I'm Ben, originally from the great city of Baltimore on the East Coast of the US. I used to be a professional computer programmer. I still do it as a sometimes hobby, but these days I'm living in Marseille, France, as a graduate student. I am also a writer of novels and the very occasional bad poem.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am looking for an occasional host when I am on the move. Currently, I am not in a position to host anyone, but I hope that will change in the future. I am, as they say, "quiet as a church mouse." I place great value upon being a respectful guest, but also trying to be interesting to the people who are going out of their way to put me up.
