Hi I'm Ben from Boston, USA. I moved to New York a couple months ago with no job or place to live with the hope of finding a music industry job and I’m proud to say I’ve accomplished that! So I’m here to stay now!

I love Couchsurfing because it connects like minded people. We all seem to value traveling, personal connections, and saving a little bit of cash.

If you’re interested in crashing, please let me know! I’d love to meet you. As I’m working at the moment it’s only easy for me to accept weekends at this time.

A little background on me, I grew up in Massachusetts and stayed there for my university education out in Amherst, the western part of the state. There I grew to love the subtleties of the wooded landscape. Foliage and open air are my uplifting, two things I definitely miss here in NYC.

After that I lived in Boston for a year and then ended up applying to Berklee College of Music in Valencia Spain to get my masters. I’m in love with great weather and the Spanish culture. I loved that experience and if you’re from that area, bonus points to you!

That’s what led me to NYC. My education helped me land a job here. Anyway, open to meeting you!!

I love rock music in all its forms (anything from quiet folk to thrash metal). I also love a select amount of hip hop, and an even more select amount of electronic. Favorite albums of 2018 include: Twin Fantasy by Car Seat Headrest, El Mal Querer by Rosalía, and Wide Awake by Parquet Courts.
