I like to think of myself as an outgoing, personable, honest, caring, and well rounded person. I have always enjoyed traveling and really look forward to the aspect of learning new cultures. I have had the privilege to live with people from all over the world and I am now able to travel and see the world and what it has to offer. I like to learn about religions, food, drinks, and history, as well as politics and local customs. I am from a small area that is settled in the old mountains of West Virginia and have a deep love of nature and hiking. I am currently living in north Italy now with an awesome family and helping the children with their English. I thrive best when I am with groups of good, fun, and chill people but I also relish time spent in the quite reflecting on my thoughts.

I am very new to couch surfing because I had simply never thought of this as an option for traveling. I was lucky enough to do some couch surfing and have met some of the best people. A new world was opened to me when I realized how amazing and humbling it is to meet up and stay with a total stranger. I hope to meet some more amazing people and see some more unique areas of the world.

Some of my interests include hiking and nature. I believe these values were instilled in me by the place I am fortunate enough to call home. Some of my other interests are food and drink (wine, beer, spirits) because each region has its own special food, method of cooking, and its own drinks that play a huge part in the culture of the region. Other things I like are history, politics, celebrating, partying, and music.

My selection of music varies vastly based on my current mood and what is going on, but I listen to a lot of song writer/covers, 90's, and I also like some dubstep/edm/techno.

My favorite movies include the Harry Potter series, Shawshank Redemption, Forrest Gump, The Green Mile, and a few other classics.

The books I like to read are about as varied as my taste in music. However, the Harry Potter books take the top.

One thing I have done that i feel is amazing and has an honest impact on my life was taking a job at Walt Disney World and working as a cast member. I know its not that awesome but its something that changed my outlook on life.
