Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I'm interested in meeting new people and develop relationships and networks of reciprocity and exchange. I'm really exited about this as a potential alternative to airbnb for example.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've lived in Alaska not once but twice. The first time I worked a summer at a salmon cannery, which was just as weird an experience as you might imagine. The second time, I lived in a community in Juneau for a year and facilitated groups with men who used domestic violence and worked in a women's shelter.

Most recently I was living in Melbourne, Australia!

I can play piano and would love to share that with folks I'm with. I like singing too and am always up for a little jam. I love talking and being exposed to new ideas!
