Hey, it's Ben here. I'm 26 years old from Australia. I was born in Singapore and am half Singaporean (Chinese) and half Australian (English/Irish). I grew up in Perth, Western Australia. I'm currently teaching English in Tainan.

I've been living in Tainan since August 2016, so I'm still very new to this amazing city but I'm slowly getting to know it better!

I had an amazing experience in France with couchsurfing, and I'd like to offer the same thing while I'm here in Tainan. It's a great way to meet people and I want to help show what this cool city has to offer!

I'm not a huge movie person but a couple of my favourites would be American Beauty or The Truman Show!

One of my favourite travelling experiences was driving from Perth to Melbourne, totalling around 4500 kms of driving. Camping in the middle of the nullabor (an open flat plain), hundreds of kilometers away from any town/city was a highlight. The stars were incredible!
