Overview
About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Having a growth mindset.
Seeing the glass half full, instead of half empty.
Appreciating what life HAS given me instead of what it hasn’t.
Finding beauty all around.
ABOUT ME
I like good coffee, good conversations, good cheese, good wine, good books, and good walks. Culturally, I'm in that third space between the United States and Europe. Nashville is home.
I like people who are comfortable with themselves, genuine, open-minded, self-aware, interested in other people and other places, kind, authentic, honest, and clean-living.
Sibelius and Dvorak are two of my favorite composers. Doestovsky, Richard Rohr and Scott Peck are three of my favorite writers.
PHILOSOPHY
Je travaille pour vivre, et pas l’inverse, même si le travail pour moi représente une source importante de satisfaction.
Always eat well. Eat meals sitting down at a table, and use silverware.
Never drink coffee or tea in a paper, plastic, or other throw-away cup. Boire son café debout, c'est signe de dispute.
Recycle everything. Never throw a banana peel in the trash can.
Ne me donne ni richesse, ni pauvreté.
There are some 8 billion of us here sharing the same planet. If we were more accepting, more trusting, more understanding of others, and less motivated by fear and self-interest, the world would surely be a better place.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
My first time Couchsurfing was in Basel, Switzerland. My host really embodied the ethos of what Couchsurfing is all about. His amazing tales of biking across Asia, those delicious grapes, and his remarkable hospitality made my first experience to Couchsurfing a truly formative one.
