I study environmental journalism and want to see as much of the world as possible! I want to get to know other cultures and people with their stories. There is actually nothing that I would not like to try out. I am always looking for new adventures and hate routine. Unfortunately I haven't been around very much yet, but I will use the free space of student life to do so now :D

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing allows me to experience the country as it is. Everyone can give something to the other. One can cook well, the other can teach something of his language. It is more fun to explore cities together and gain valuable experiences and friends for life. There is nothing better than making contacts all over the world!

I'm always looking for new music, including local bands and music I don't know yet. I like to cook internationally and am happy about new recipes. I read a lot and like to watch movies, but I have no special favourites.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

My best experience so far has been a tour to Mount Cameroon with other volunteers. In four days we walked through grasslands, former lava fields and rainforest to the 4095m high summit and down again. During the tour we were completely cut off from civilization and didn't see any other people. But there were some monkeys, aggressive ants biting our legs and flowing lava in the still active crater.
