ABOUT ME

I'm a Singaporean, and Chinese by ethnicity. I love soccer (Watching and playing), badminton, table-tennis, running (sports in general), music (guitar, piano), and martial arts. Have some experience in Taekwondo and learning Wing-chun (chinese martial art) now.

I love watching a nice sunset, or exploring nature trails or beautiful beaches. Not really a night-lifie, and i don't drink much or smoke.

Travelling is fun for me, and I have explored the southeast asian countries of Vietnam, Malaysia and Indonesia. I've had the wonderful opportunity to teach English in a Cambodian mission school in 2008 and helped build a community library in Khon Kaen, Thailand in 2010. I've did a summer course for about a month in Hong Kong, and have spent some time in China and Taiwan too.

Currently doing a semester of undergraduate studies in Lund University, Sweden, and will be here until June 2011. Really excited about exploring the sights that Europe has to offer, and to meet new friends from all over! :)

I enjoy talking and interacting with people from all around the world, because I believe that's a good way to learn from others' experiences and opinions, plus a great way to make new friends.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have a room in Lund, Sweden, and I am open to sharing it with someone who drops by. Although my room is not big, I have a spare mattress.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new to couch surfing, but I've heard wonderful experiences from friends. Hope that this is a start to many great experiences! :)

Interests

I play and watch soccer, especially games of my favourite team, Manchester United. Enjoys a game of table tennis, badminton, or a run outside on a sunny day. Music is something I cannot live without, and I play the guitar and piano, with an interest in jazz music (listening, at least).
