Heyo, my name's Ben. I'm a musician / producer from Oklahoma currently living without a fixed home. I used to live in Detroit, but right now I spend most of time living in Mexico, moving between places with my friends and bandmates from Argentina. I also go back to the US at times to play shows with other projects. I've done a lot of traveling over the years and had some incredible experiences with couchsurfing. Thanks to my time living in Mexico I speak a fluent Spanish in addition to my native English. I'm a chill, very adaptable person capable of living very minimally. I'm most interested in art (especially music, literature and film), but I also studied Economics and International Politics, so I can connect on a variety of levels.

兴趣

As mentioned, I'm a musician and producer, as such I have a deep appreciation for a wide variety of musics. I of course love traveling, knowing other cultures, cooking delicious, reading literature (especially Latin American fiction), watching a good film, getting out in nature - all thats beautiful in life interests me.

It's impossible to really have hierarchy, but right now I'm listening to Curtis Mayfield, Bedhead, Grouper, Henri Texier, and Joan Shelley. Movies - everything by Tarkovsky and Apichatpong Weerasethakul. Books - everything by Roberto Bolano and Karl Ove Knausgård.
