About Me
CURRENT MISSION
My current mission is to visit every major religious shrine/temple in the world.
ABOUT ME
Most of my life is spent learning as much as possible about anything I can get my hands on. I spent ten years in college studying a variety of fields from art to engineering to history. I am just now beginning to understand that my experiences in life were more important for my education than my college education.
I never measured my success in terms of money. For that choice I will probably be poor all my life. Since I prefer to measure my successes in my personal experiences and understanding of the world, I will always be content in my own bliss.
I am extremely interested in the cultures of the world... the untapped ideas of the pure cultures that rely on their own traditions.
I would like to meet you!
PHILOSOPHY
I am open to the world.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I am looking forward to meeting members of this amazing community.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I never did much couch surfing. I did however spend about two months staying on my friend's couch when I had lost my own house. I enjoyed it. The removal from responsibilities gave me the feeling of being free... free like I had never experienced before.
Interests
I enjoy most all things that can be learned. I draw and paint, play music, involve myself in numerous projects, etc.
More than anything I enjoy discussing philosophical perspectives, religion, history, and politics with my good friends.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On a visit in Japan, I ate pizza topped with squid and zucchini (using chopsticks) in the basement of a Buddhist temple in downtown Tokyo... right after honoring the shrine of my friend's father. Wow!
Teach, Learn, Share
What a wonderful idea.
I can teach religions, art, history, computers, well... I have a lot of shit in my head that is free for anyone that wants it.
I want to learn languages especially, but I am open to any learning.
