About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Working as a grad student in geology Western Washington University and trying to get out biking and skiing as much as possible in between!
ABOUT ME
I'm a super enthusiastic outdoorsy guy who graduated college and decided to check out of life for a while. I moved to Montana to be a ski bum before moving to Bellingham, WA for graduate school. I'm pretty outgoing and I love having conversations with people and hearing about their life stories.
PHILOSOPHY
My philosophy has been refined over the years to revolve around one primary goal...do what makes you happy. And that's what I strive to do every day. It may not make you the wealthiest person in the world, but perhaps the richest in other ways.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
Surfed and hosted once and both were amazing experiences. Friends have raved about the people they've met and I want to continue to experience new places and meet new people where ever I go.
Interests
Anything outdoors, music, good beer, good food. I love festivals of any kind and general gatherings of people.

Music, Movies, and Books
I love pretty much all music except metal and classical.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
On my 21st birthday, I ski toured Mt. Baker in Washington state with my father, uncle and cousin. We didn't see another soul during the entire bluebird day. It was one of the best days i've ever had and definitely the best birthday!
Teach, Learn, Share
I am a student of geology and the natural sciences and I love to talk about what I've learned and have discussions with people about topics in this field.
