Chi sono

CURRENT MISSION

I have seen more than I remember and remember more than I have seen

ABOUT ME

I'm in love with Hungary!
I like being quiet;
listening to others;
listening to the silence;
talking when I have something to say(and some other times but that's a different story);
active weekdays and then peaceful Sundays;
the sound of the saxofon; and the trumpet these days more and more;
the sound of string instruments;
parties that last more days;
sleeping after more-day-long-parties;
working in my friends' garden (and in my parents' as well);
sharing mandarin with others on the train;
pronouncing the name of Piero della Francesca;
playing ping-pong in the park;
listening to Billy Holiday in Canyelles;
pondering over books;
drinking tea on the balkony;
walking outside after it's been raining;
spending the day in the middle of Tisza lake;
being excited;
being on the road and then arriving home;
indian summers;
noticing miracles around us;
dreaming when I'm awake;
the first day of snowing;
writing emails in Spanish;
knowing languages (but I'm too lazy to learn them, so I rather go to the country and try to pick up some)

PHILOSOPHY

I love teaching because I love the feeling of helping people to get closer to their dreams.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I've been an active member of HC ever since I found out about these two clubs. But I always thought one of them is enough, I got loads of letters, and hosted quite a few people in Hungary and Barcelona (when I lived there), organised meetings to Hungarian members etc. I even organised a Summer camp in Súr, Hungary. And now it seems HC sucks :-( Unfortunately it seems those people don't understand hospitality any more and only want the two clubs to fight. I don't like this attitude, so I thought it's high time I became an active member of CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I made extremely good friends and I just want to see them again and again.
I hosted quite a few people in Szombathely, Budapest and Barcelona
I've been hosted by even more people in Italy, France, Germany, Austria, Turkey, Poland, Romania, etc.
Organized a couple of meetings in Budapest and a Summer camp in Súr
Spent a wonderful month in Australia where I visited my ex-guests and met some more great CS-ers
