Old couch surfer hand here, it never gets boring. From the Netherlands, Cyprus, Panama but now permanently in Galicia, Spain.
I've been on couchsurfing since 2005, a lot has happened over the years. Now there's me, my wife and 2,9 children. We are about to move to Penadexo, a Free Commune in a formerly abandoned village. At the time of this writing (May 2024) it is suitable for camping. By the end of this year the first restored house shall have all the creature-comforts couchsurfers pray to encounter!

- Crossing the continental divide through no-man's land

Honestly it makes a lot of difference when you visit me and how busy I am. You can read references: sometimes I can spend whole days, sometimes you can just enjoy the limited comforts of my home and do whatever you like (except for using metal kitchen utensils on my non-stick pans) One more thing: if you accept, you have to show. Couchsurfing has no cancellation policy.
