CURRENT MISSION

My current mission and yes I have chosen to accept it, is to restart rebuild and refocus my life on things that make my heart sing. I have been successful, in my eyes, at many things in my life and still feel I have yet to find that one magical gift.

ABOUT ME

Lover of yoga, meditation, personal development and laughter, especially at myself. I love to laugh!! I enjoy in depth conversations about almost anything, my role may change in that conversation depending on my knowledge.

My top three values are Connection, Courage and Integrity. I sharing these cause I think people can be defined best by there values.

I am 6 feet tall or 182.88 cm .... ok well thats not exactly true, I'm 5 foot 11.75 inches or 182.245 cm. I don't want to start this thing off with a lie and all. I have wavy brown hair and can grown one heck of a nice moustache and beard in just over a month. Take a look at some of my photos for more details.

I've been told from my friends that I have a great sense of humour and when i was on stage I did have a few reviews say that I had great timing, but comedy is so personal.

I love live music and love to dance and I'm now starting to feel like I'm filling in a dating profile.

Oooooh I love to ride my bicycle, especially my road bike with all the get up and stuff. I love the feeling after riding 100+ km. Its such a high. I also love food and eating after a long ride.

I am self employed at the moment but have had the pleasure of working for some large tech corporations and have a lot to thank for those opportunities.

I am a Hatha Yoga teacher and a Reiki master and have had the pleasure of teaching both disciplines while traveling. It is always a pleasure teaching anyone who is eager to learn, especially while I am out traveling. Something very special about that.
