I am a 23 year old from Los Angeles. I love being active, hiking, playing sports and doing yoga. I consider myself very spiritual and have a daily meditation practice. I am very easy going and love to meet new people to see the world in new ways.

When I own a home someday I will definitely become a host. For now I am a grateful traveler.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

None yet, however my family has hosted exchange students my entire life from Japan, Spain, Germany and Italy. I feel like that could be considered applicable experience.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I lived in a Buddhist Monestary, Hokyoji, in the middle of nowhere in Japan. It was a beautiful experience - the peace the monks living there was beyong description.

I have been doing yoga for 6 years, and will soon become a certified teacher. I do kundalini yoga for the chakras, which bround out a wonderful feeling. I can share some of my Buddhist practices as well.
