Hello,

My name's Ben Duffy, I will be graduating from Colorado State University in Fort Collins Colorado December 2019 with a degree in Ecosystem Science and Sustainability. After which I will be traveling to Southeast Asia, specifically Vietnam, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, India and Nepal. I am very open minded and truly desire experiencing new things and exploring cultures. I'm very adventurous and absolutely love the outdoors, in my free time I enjoy backcountry backpacking, trail running, rock climbing, and mountain biking, as well as going to concerts, making art, and making new friends :) I am also trying to explore my spirituality in Southeast Asian religions such as hinduism and buddhism and am very committed to mindfulness practices including meditation and yoga, which is a huge reason for why I decided to travel to southeast Asia.

I ran 35 miles and climbed 10,000 ft in elevation in through the Maroon bells in the Colorado Rocky Mountains in a day.
