I am a friendly and open minded, conscious man; I like clear relationships and good boundaries, and also plenty of wild fun and lively play. I am a divorced father, with a teenage son and a daughter who livewith me half-time. Good conversation is a big part of my life, so you can usually draw me in to listen and discuss any subject; I also value mindful silence and simple presence with people.

I like all sorts of ethnic food, so I study cuisine by cooking and eating out. I am a nature lover who is up for adventure on trails, off trails, and in water. I enjoy playing sports, especially soccer, and listening or dancing to good music.

I love to share adventures in farmers' markets, cooking and eating delicious food with people; visiting and working together in gardens and farms, and walking the natural outdoors to study plants and ecosystems. I teach and study various forms of therapeutic bodywork, as well as yoga and t'ai chi chu'an, am eager to share and learn.
