Overview
About Me
I am a German-American exchange student who can speak semi-fluent German and am a native English Speaker. I enjoy caring for people for themselves, not for myself.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I was introduced to this platform by a roommate of mine and through my experiences of seeing how this roommate was able to take care of people through this app and promote actual human relationship rather than the major tourism industries, (although it is not always bad, I just prefer being able to know and get to know the places I look to travel to, and would be wonderfully willing to share the whole shebang of wherever I know and am living, as much as I can share. For me at the moment, Leipzig is at the point that I can somewhat tell others here which places they should be at in the city. But I am mainly setting up this account now for my trip in the next week, and also to see and serve those going to Midwest America in the near future.
Interests
I enjoy caring for people above all else, and I always like doing anything that gives freedom to others. I also know how vague of a statement that is, and would like to also recognize my enjoyment in creating things like simple gardens, or breads, or learning original ways people cooked items, and taking those rules and applying to everything, especially trying to be flexitarian by not ordering meat. Thus simply not continuing in providing demand for meat. Although do NOT take this as though I don’t accept meat to eat, I am actually oddly still majorly ok with meats to consume. I am NOT against people who eat meat nor those who only eat vegetables.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Diese ganz Reise nach Deutschland. I‘ve also done
Teach, Learn, Share
I can teach people different songs on the guitar, as well as what specific social issues are being based off of in the America’s. And I don‘t care if there are any stereotypes about America that are being asked about, I‘d love to tell you the horrors that actually occur there. I am willing to share anything I have that a person needs.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share whichever songs I know, give all the information about American culture you‘d like to know; hopefully fully answering everything. I can cook for you, do grocery shopping if you live in a German or English speaking country (I don‘t think you want a person who can‘t read your language to try and grocery shop for you). I can help clean house and help to move large scale furniture, do dishes. Be a radio host. I can teach you an odd handwriting style that I‘ve developed and incorporated it into my own.
