I'm Benjamin from France. I'm personnal fitness trainer and obviously i love sport especially Basketball. I'm easy going and i love have some chat about everything. I have a big sens of humour and i think laughing is always the best way to have in many situation in the life even if i can have serious conversation.
I love also going out, eat a good meal or have a good glass of red wine (French genetic probably).

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love meet people from everywhere in the world. I love meeting new cultures habits and also sharing some tips about my country or my place if i can help. Obviously i love travelling and discovering new cultures. I'm also very interested about the country history i visit, and l love spent some time in museum.

My next travel will be on US East Coast and i will stop in Washington DC, New York City and Boston (and hopefully see a game in the TD Garden )

And i love world music in general but not really into commercial music

About movies there are too much some french movie of course but also american movie of course

Teach, Learn, Share

I will be very happy to give some work out training to my host if he or she's into that.
I could also cook some meal even if i'm not a fantastic cooker.
I will be very happy to keep improving my english who is far to be perfect or even good
