Hi, My name is Adam. I spent the first 15 yrs of my adult life working for a rigging company that sent me around the world. I was introduced to couch surfing back in the late 90's & used it for a few years. When my son was born in 2004, I settled down. Now that he is grown & out seeing the world, it's time for me to get back out there too. I'm closing my business & plan to spend the next few yrs of my life traveling again. I'm really excited to get back out into the wide open world & see where the road takes me. I'm considered by those who know me as unflappable, level headed, kind, considerate & my best skill is my ability to fix things. I love people, books, the outdoors, good conversation & helping others. I'm not great at idle small talk, parties or large gatherings.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My earlier experience with couch surfing was amazing. I met so many wonderful people. As I am returning to a more nomadic lifestyle, it would be nice to re-engage with this community. I'm hoping that I can once again make new friends & trade my skills for a place to crash during my travels.
